Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond.

Jurassic World can't match the original for sheer inventiveness and impact, but it works in its own right as an entertaining -- and visually dazzling -- popcorn thriller.

'Jurassic World' is lauded for its thrilling action, impressive CGI, and nostalgic references to 'Jurassic Park'. Chris Pratt's performance as Owen Grady is a standout, especially his character's bond with the raptors. However, criticisms include reliance on clichés, underdeveloped characters, and a predictable plot. Unrealistic scenarios, like characters fleeing in high heels, are noted. Despite these issues, many find the film entertaining and spectacular.
